Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ATG-FF ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use ATG-FF (the "Service"), available at atgff.com. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Account information (e.g., email address) when you sign up or save your streak via magic-link.
  • Content you create or submit (e.g., draft selections, league settings, scores, feedback).
  • Communications you send us (e.g., support requests).

Information collected automatically

  • Gameplay and usage data (e.g., draft picks, scores, daily-challenge participation, streaks, leaderboard placements).
  • Device and technical data (e.g., browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP).
  • Session cookies used to maintain your anonymous draft session and signed cookies for anonymous streak tracking.

Information from third parties

  • If you sign in through a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive basic profile information you authorize them to share.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Create and manage your account.
  • Run features like daily challenges, streaks, and leaderboards.
  • Improve and personalize gameplay and content.
  • Send you magic-link authentication emails and, where you opt in, updates about new features.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery). These providers may only use data to perform services for us.
  • Public features such as leaderboards or shared result cards, where you choose to display a username or score.
  • Legal reasons, if required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

  • Hosting / infrastructure: our server infrastructure provider.
  • Email: used to deliver magic-link authentication emails.

We do not currently use third-party advertising networks or advertising trackers.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain your anonymous draft session, and remember your streak between visits. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; streak cookies are signed and time-limited.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features (such as anonymous streak tracking and saved league sessions) may not work without them. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Anonymous session data and streak cookies expire automatically. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including signed cookies and encrypted transport (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Export your data (data portability).
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact us at tylerbenz@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

For California users (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at tylerbenz@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email.
